Teacher Aide – Job Description As a Teacher Aide, you will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities may include: * Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities * Supervising and supporting children during play and learning activities * Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom * Assisting children with daily routines and transitions * Supporting individual children with patience and encouragement * Preparing classroom materials and activities * Working cooperatively with teachers and other staff * Helping create a warm and positive experience for every child We’re Looking For Someone Who Is * Patient and caring * Responsible and dependable * Energetic and positive * Comfortable working with young children * A team player with good communication skills * Willing to learn and grow in a Montessori environment * Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus No matter where you are in your career, if you have a genuine passion for working with children, we want to hear from you.
