Essential Job Functions: Bar Operations

• To understand all standards of beverage preparation and service.
• To consistently provide service that meets brand and Sai Hospitality standards.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Greeting guests promptly and courteously at the bar area.
• Maintaining full knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions.
• Ensuring proper ID verification and compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Accurately taking and entering orders into POS system.
• Handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Restocking bar supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
• Processing guest payments accurately.
• Working with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

Physical Activity: The physical activity normally entails the following attributes. Position is expected to:

• Stand more than 2/3 of the time
• Sit less than 1/3 of the time
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Push / pull up to 25 pounds
